Feedback pages
Our counselling and resource feedback pages are structured to better guide new users on the usefulness and limits of services and resources.
Feedback and review collections are not used as testimonials. Everyone’s situation is different and our company does not intend to use a condition or situation of a customer to advertise to others in similar situations or conditions. Customers will never be requested from us to produce promotional content.
Services do not include prescribing or suggesting medication. Services do not include report writing or court statements or court appearances. Services are not intended to support or refute GP or medical help. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
We do not follow therapy models and do not intend to in the future. These services and resources are not intended as a replacement to Islamic studies. People with no Islamic knowledge can access our services and people with various levels of Islamic knowledge can either recognise the Islamic content or see it in their continuous study.
Our about page explains in detail the goals and reason put into the design and production of the company and services.
For the sake of improvement of services, feedback is appreciated and separated into positive and critical feedback. The FAQs and noticeboard may reflect issues raised and changes made so please do check these pages regularly.
