At the start of your booked session enter the email that was used to book the LIVE chat counselling session. This will allow you to be identified and the chat transcript to be made available to you via email after the session.

Business hours are 7am to 10pm GMT as services are based in the UK. Messages sent out of business operational hours will be responded to during business hours. Message response times will vary. During times of extreme factors an announcement will be shared on the noticeboard page and other social media channels.
Business operational days are 7 days a week and any planned service or site outages will be announced before the event on the notice board page and social media pages.
During planned outages there will be a message when navigating to the site pages to say when the site will be expected to return to service.
In the event of unplanned outages it in not guaranteed that a message will be available when visiting the site but the site logs provide confirmation of any service disruptions and any customers impacted will be contacted to reconcile the absence of service.
