LIVE chat counselling sessions
LIVE chat counselling sessions are booked for access to a counsellor for the booked time. Each customer is limited to no more than one session per day. If the client does not arrive at the start of the booked session then the session is not cancelled and the counsellor will remain online for the booked time.
Booked sessions are initiated by joining the chat panel that is available at the right hand side of each page of the website and entering the booking order number. This is used to identify the customer and the counsellor then joins the chat.
30 minute session : £30
60 minute session : £50
Series of counselling sessions do not incur additional fees or discounts.
All sessions will be treated as one off sessions unless contact is made to specify a criteria for a series of sessions. When this has been approved a case folder can be maintained for the client.
A criteria for a series of sessions can be:
- the number of sessions (example 7 sessions)
- a length of time (example 3 months)
- personal circumstance (example until completion of a medical treatment for a family member)
Contact will be made before series sessions to confirm needs and collect payment.
Contact will be made before closing case folder to confirm it is no longer needed.
A limited number of shorter sessions are available each day, available only as one off sessions and cannot be booked for a series of sessions.

Bespoke length LIVE chat counselling sessions are available to book through our contact channels. These are charged at the rate of £50 per hour.
Same day LIVE chat counselling sessions may be available. These can be requested through our contact channels and follow the same pricing as detailed above.

Journaling
Journal review is available at £20 per response. Due to service limitations this cannot be booked online and must be requested directly through the channels listed on the contact page.
As content provided can be sensitive personal data, a secure proton mailbox is used for this service which is separate from the contact or invoicing mailboxes.
Journal entries are not subject to character or file limit. The amount of content in the journal entries may impact response times. E-mail read receipts will be sent to confirm that a message is being read and actioned. Read receipts are manual and not automated.
Guidance on how to write the journal entry for review or prompts for what content to include can be provided at no extra charge. These are not sent automatically to avoid disturbance to the customers thoughts and goals from the service.
Notice for cancellations and rescheduling
Same day counselling sessions are not available for cancellation or rescheduling.
Re-scheduling and cancellations of LIVE chat sessions can be made on the book appointment page.
For counselling sessions if you need to re-schedule an appointment this can be done 3 days before your booked session. If you are late in attending your appointment, the end time will remain the same.
LIVE chat sessions are charged based on time reserved from the counsellor so without sufficient notice this time cannot be resold. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will not be refunded.
Appointment cancellation notices greater than 24 hours that are received via telegram, SMS, WhatsApp or other contact channels, will be processed as soon as the message is read and an estimated time for processing will be provided. This is not an automated process and may be impacted by bank holidays and/or national holidays.
Journal review services require payment in advance and once a read receipt is issued this service is no longer eligible for cancellation or amendment.
